JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manages effective staffing and recruitment within the plant
  
• Analyzes and takes appropriate action in reviewing staffing and turnover
  
• Recruits and selects qualified candidates for open positions through internal postings and external recruiting
  
• Determines recruitment strategy
  
• Works with Corporate and the Plant Manager to develop programs, policies, procedures and controls within the plant
  
• Manages training and development at all levels within the plant or area of assignment
  
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
• Degree level in related area (preffered Master's degree / post graduate Human Resources)
  
• Understanding of HRIS systems such as Teta, SAP, etc
  
• 5 years of related experience in Human Resources including, recruitment,applicable laws/regulations, training and safety
  
• Experience with policy development and interpretation
  
• HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs
  
• Previous supervisory experience
  
• Strong computer skills within a Windows environment / Microsoft applications
  
• English good spoken and written
  
• Preffered previous experience managing a major portion of the HR function such as
  compensation, benefits, etc. in a large plant or the entire HR function in a smaller plant
