FINANCE MANAGER/ CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Job description:
- manage finance department,
- assist in budgeting and planning of the manufacturing entity,
- prepare internal financial reports, balance sheets and financial statements,
- participate in the introduction of an ERP system with responsibility for cost accounting,
- business - oriented controlling, financial analyses and forecast,
- consolidated monthly IFRS reporting to the Group,
- supervise all legal and administrative matters,
- provide high - quality focused financial information to support the continued profitable development of the business.

Who we are looking for:
- higher financial or accounting education,
- several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international manufacturing environment,
- fluency in English,
- good communicator and business-oriented,
- excellent organizational and analytical skills,
- trustworthy and responsible.
