JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Receive, verify invoices/credit notes in the invoice portal
  
• Complete and record compliant invoices/credit notes accurately in accordance with local and company rules and VAT
  
• Decide to return the invoices/credit notes not compliant with company standards and select the applicable reason for rejection
  
• Research and resolve pending accounts payable documents with clients
  
• Follow-up on vendor reminders and balance confirmations in accordance with procedure
  
• Follow-up on debit balances within the month
  
• Analyse and report the vendor open items on a quarterly basis
  
• Contribute ideas and continually challenge existing work practices to improve efficiencies and service standards
  
• Enter, scan, file and send AR invoices
  
• Review and post expense reports; analyse and account for differences between local and US GAAP
  
• Execute and check the weekly payments
  
• Execute and check the urgent payment requests upon receipt
  
• Monthly analysis pending workflow report according to procedures
  
• Monthly analysis duplicate invoices report according to procedures
  
  
  
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  
• Business School Diploma or equivalent
  
• Advanced Russian
  
• Practitioner English and Polish
  
• Practitioner SAP, MS Office
  
• 1 year experience in accounting
